The panel is part of the program of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ciea11.pt\/index.php\/en\/\">11th Iberian Congress of African Studies<\/a>, which will be held on July 2-4 at the University of Lisbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The panel proposes to bring together \u201cresearchers, critics, curators, journalists and other actors concerned with the reception and appreciation of African art with their makers, based in Africa or the Diaspora, to reflect together on the State of Arts of contemporary art.
