The next Permanent Seminar for Research and Community (SPIC) will be dedicated to the Cultures Past & Present project and will take place on October 20, at 2:30 pm, in the Education Auditorium (Campus de Gualtar), at the University of Minho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHistory, Media and Education: action research in Mozambique and Portugal\u201d is the theme of this SPIC, which includes the participation of Armindo Armando, Marlene Vanessa Jamal and Augusto Alberto, from the Zambeze University, and Alice Balb\u00e9, from the Center for Communication and Society Studies (CECS) at the University of Minho. The session will be moderated by Rosa Cabecinhas, a researcher at CECS and co-coordinator of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Permanent Seminar for Research and Community aims to share and debate with the community the work developed by CECS researchers, make the results of the different platforms of the center public, as well as discuss and enhance future networks of joint work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event is a joint activity of the Permanent Seminar on Research and Community and the Permanent Seminar on Communication and Diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Armindo Armando – PhD candidate in Language, Culture and Society at the Zambezi University, he is a Lecturer at the Alberto Chipande University, in Beira, Mozambique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Augusto Alberto – PhD candidate in Language, Culture and Society at the Zambezi University, he is a Lecturer at the Licungo University, in Beira, Mozambique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Marlene Vanessa Jamal, PhD student in Language, Culture and Society at Zambezi University, is a Lecturer at Licungo University, in Quelimane, Mozambique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alice Balb\u00e9 \u2013 PhD in Communication Sciences at the University of Minho and is a Post-Doctoral researcher at Communication and Society Research Centre under the Cultures Past &Present project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rosa Cabecinhas is an Associate Professor at the Department of Communication Sciences, Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Minho, a researcher at Communication and Society Research Centre.
