The purpose is to gather Ph.D. students in Economic History, regardless of the topic and the chronology of their theses. Its aim is two folded: first, to promote the discussion of on-going projects; second, to improve the training of young researchers regarding Economics, History and the\u00a0combination of both.<\/p>\n<p>The Seminar-Workshop consists of a two-day seminar, where Ph.D. students will present and discuss their papers. Each paper will be commented on by one of the participants, as well as by one leading senior scholar; all participants are encouraged to review each other\u2019s work. Thursday afternoon will be devoted to a practical session (workshop) on Historical Georeferencing.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>250-word abstract<\/strong> and a <strong>short CV<\/strong> should be sent to history.economics.whorkshop@gmail.com by <strong>March 15th, 2020<\/strong>. The selection of participants will be announced by the beginning of April.
