According to Público newspaper, the Foundation for Mobile Communications (FCM) which managed the programs ‘e.escola’ and ‘e.escolinha’, “is one of the 578 foundations that are still in the final log entries”, published in the census by the government and released yesterday by the Ministry of Finances.
Once the census is concluded, the government is now preparing to begin the evaluation process to be completed within two months.
It is recalled that on September of the last year, the Secretary of State for Public Works, Sérgio Monteiro, announced that it would be “propose the end” of the foundation “that was marked by controversy surrounding the Magalhães computer,” refers the newspaper.
