According to Público newspaper, the Foundation for Mobile Communications (FCM) which managed the programs ‘e.escola’ and ‘e.escolinha’, “is one of the 578 foundations that are still in the final log entries”, published in the census by the government and released yesterday by the Ministry of Finances.
Once the census is concluded, the government is now preparing to begin the evaluation process to be completed within two months.
