Almost half of total aid, 454.5 million euros, went to the Foundation for Mobile Communications (FCM) which managed the program ‘e.escolinha’, during the government led by Jose Socrates.
The amount covers the period 2008 to 2010 and was revealed public in the assessment made yesterday to 401 foundations by the working group of the actual government.
