Magalhães should be for free in Libya

In the blog post 100 Reféns, Tiago Mesquita, criticized the memorandum of understanding between JP Sá Couto and a Libyan state company, for the supply of Magalhães computers, while the African country is in political instability: “I think the Portuguese Government and the company should announce now that as soon as Libya is restored as a country and get rid of the charismatic leader, these pre-negotiated computers will be delivered for free to Libyan children.”
