The new-generation project, sponsored by the Foundation for Promotion of Information Technology (FDTI), will have four Magalhães computers, one computer for the parents and a broadband card, advances the Sol newspaper.

Hospitalized children may also access the contents of the Virtual School platform, which leads the President of the Board of FDTI, Patricia Leão, to highlight “the ludic-educational nature of this project”, which allows children to “learn new skills in the new technologies and follow school subjects at the same time they are accompanied by family and friends”, states Patricia Leão to the SOL newspaper.
