According to Agência Financeira, the company that produces Magalhães computers received “tax incentives relative to the year 2009, when the company was a defendant in a case of tax fraud, according to a list published by the Ministry of Finance”.
JP Sá Couto has injured the State in 72 thousand euros of VAT payments, which would restrain the right to those incentives.
