Venezuela continues to buy Magalhães laptops

Portugal today signed an agreement with Venezuela for the sale of Magalhães computers to the country of Latin America, according to the online edition of Expresso. The ceremony took place in Caracas and was chaired by the Foreign Ministers of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, and Portugal, Paulo Portas. Government wants to extinguish Foundation and pass Magalhães for Education

According to daily newspaper Público, the Secretary of State for Public Works, Transport and Communications, Sergio Monteiro, wants to end the Foundation for Mobile Communications (FCM), used for contractually the distribution of Magalhães computers with JP Sá Couto. FCM currently has a debt amounting to 65 million euros, at least.
