The government has met operators and members of the Foundation for Mobile Communications (FCM) to determine the role that the Foundation holds to the programme 'e.escola'. According to Jornal de Negócios, the Ministry of Public Works and Communications has been in discussions with stakeholders of the process "to determine which is the status of the programme 'e.escola'" and to "see what will happen in the future to the Foundation for Mobile Communications".
