Lance Dann is a writer, radio producer, sound designer and researcher at the University of Brighton. His research foci are transmedia and participatory storytelling, non-linear narrative and the possibilities offered by digital and web-based radio.

Opening conference with Magz Hall

Magz Hall is a radio artist. Her sound work has been exhibited in many countries. With her work she explores “the artistic potential of radio and its use outside the conventional settings” (https://magzhall.wordpress.com/about/). A very promising conference will welcome all participants on 23th April!

Dear researchers,

In 2011 we organised the ECREA Radio Research Conference. Radio Evolution Conference was attended by a hundred of researchers coming from diverse countries in Europe and from Brazil. Now we are pleased and honoured to announce a new scientific meeting on radio, sound and internet. We hope that NET Station Conference will be a truly significant scientific event and a rewarding visit to Portugal, even for those who do not come for the first time.
