1. Please fill in and submit the registration form. Special attention should be paid to mandatory fields;
2. Wait for an e-mail message with payment instructions;
3. Registration will be valid only after completed payment.
Notes:
– For administrative reasons there will be no refunds.
- Please inform correctly your personal data for the receipt. Receipt date will correspond to the year of payment (Fees paid after 31st Dezember will be dated from 2015. For accounting obligations, the organising committees will not be able to make any changes to receipts).
- Although the registration period is open from November on, for accounting reasons, payment will be required only up to January, 1st. If you need to pay before this month (still in 2014), please contact the Organising Committee through the email address netstation@ics.uminho.pt.
