Registration Instructions

To participate in this congress, you must complete the registration form. After submitting your data, you should wait for an email from the organizing committee with the data regarding how you should make the payment. Registration is valid only after payment of the corresponding fee.



– For administrative reasons, refunds cannot be made in the event of withdrawal.

– Each participant must clearly state the data they need on the receipt.


Other information about registration:

– all participants in the congress, and all those who wish to be present at the event, must register, by completing the online form.

– only registrations whose payment is confirmed will be validated.

– it is necessary that at least one author is registered and has made the payment, in order to include the communication in the program of the event. It is not necessary that all authors payed the registration fee, but only those who will participate in the event.

– Participation certificates will only be issued for registered participants who are present at the congress.

– payment of the registration can be done in two ways: by bank transfer or by Paypal / Credit Card. The option for one or another modality must be indicated in the registration form. The organization will send, in response to the application form, detailed information on how to proceed with payment depending on the selected modality.
